What we look for

· An invoice in your folder with no matching line on the statement
· A credit memo that never showed up on the statement
· The same reference charged more than once
· A reference where the two amounts disagree

Officially supported for Sysco statements. Other vendors may work but are not guaranteed.
In Sysco Shop, open Account → Statement Status and use Export → Comma. A CSV reads more reliably than a PDF, because the columns are already separated.
